Frequently Asked Questions

How does the MTBparks Pass work?

It's simple. Present your MTBparks Pass to receive your free day or return visit discount at each participating resort.

The ticketing process may vary slightly at each participating resort, but in general you simply present your MTBparks Pass at the bike park ticket counter or guest services desk where you would normally purchase a lift ticket for the day. If you aren't sure of the procedure for a particular resort your best bet is to call their bike park office directly, or reach out to us via phone or text at: 888-848-2453 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PST.

The MTBparks Pass is only valid for summer bike park operations. Not to be used for ski/board access in winter.

Can I access my MTBparks Pass benefits right away?

For pre-orders. Your pass benefits are available for bike uplift when resorts switch to summer operations.

Once your order is placed AND YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR PHOTO we will add you to the member database, which is shared with resorts to verify your membership status. Additional details will be sent in your order confirmation email.

**Once we start processing and shipping orders, you will receive a printed version of your pass as well.

I'm traveling, but would like to order an MTBparks Pass.

No problem! We can ship your pass to a location near you. Please be sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you with any logistical questions.

Are there any restrictions on using the MTBparks Pass?

The MTBparks Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets received or purchased using the pass should be used by the pass holder. While we are not aware of any blackout dates individual resorts do occasionally shut down for races, events, poor/dangerous conditions or other unforeseen reasons.

In rare cases, your free ticket may not be redeemed in conjunction with an organized race event. If you have any concerns about being able to ride at an individual resort, its best to call ahead to ensure they are open.
