**Once we start processing and shipping orders, you will receive a printed version of your pass as well.

I'm traveling, but would like to order an MTBparks Pass.

No problem! During the order process please include a note letting us know you're on the road and where you'll be in appx. 5-7 days. We can ship your pass to a location near you. Please be sure to include your phone number so that we can contact you with any logistical questions.

Are there any restrictions on using the MTBparks Pass?

The MTBparks Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets received or purchased using the pass should be used by the pass holder. While we are not aware of any blackout dates individual resorts do occasionally shut down for races, events, poor/dangerous conditions or other unforeseen reasons.

In rare cases, your free ticket may not be redeemed in conjunction with an organized race event. If you have any concerns about being able to ride at an individual resort, its best to call ahead to ensure they are open.
